Established in 2022, Teays Valely Property Management exists to serve property residents and owners with excellence in operations, financials, technology, and maintenance. Serving over 800 units, Teays Valley is pushing the boundary of what's possible in property management.

Wonderful place to live! Friendly staff, always willing to go above and beyond to help. Apartments are lovely and in a great location. My kids love the Rec Room air hockey and pinball machines. They are also big fans of the mini mart to grab their favorite snacks.
