A little about how we got here
In 2013, Teays Valley wasn't yet established, but our parent company, Iron Men Properties, was founded. Iron Men Properties began as an investment partnership between Mike Sandry and Joe Blake, who were simultaneously competing in Iron Man 70.3 triathlons. The discipline of pushing and encouraging one another to improve performance carries over to Iron Men Properties today.
